We the faculties of Florence Nightingale Training college of  Nursing (RANM/GNM) believe that the RANM /GNM plays a vital role in the Health Care Delivery system. And our country needs skilled and effective RANM/GNM to achieve the goals of National Rural Health Mission. We need sensitive and accountable RANM/GNM to meet the health needs of community who should be able to provide accessible, equitable, affordable and quality health care. An RANM/GNM catalyst between health care system and rural population.
